TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms apply to all engagements with Epitome, operated by Alignment Studios Oy (Y-tunnus 3477835-5) ("we"). By purchasing, submitting payment, or accepting a proposal, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of Service

We provide assessment, direction, and strategic development across:

  • Performance (physiological capacity, nervous system, and self-mastery)

  • Perception (how you and your work are seen, positioned, and expressed)

  • Creative direction (concept, world, expression, and strategic choices for the work)

Unless explicitly stated, we do not execute work on your behalf. Deliverables may include written direction, frameworks, session notes, voice notes, and calls.

2. No Execution Responsibility

You are solely responsible for implementation. Our role is direction and development. Results depend on your execution and external variables outside our control. We do not manage your business or guarantee outcomes.

3. Ordering & Payment

Payment is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments may be processed via Stripe, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, or invoice. All prices are in EUR unless stated otherwise.

4. Delivery & Structure

Work is delivered through the service format agreed at the time of purchase. This may include:

  • Written documents and direction

  • Voice notes

  • Calls and video calls

  • Agreed communication channels

Timelines begin once any required inputs are received from you. Delays in your inputs delay delivery accordingly.

5. Service Structure

Services are structured as described at the time of purchase:

  • Diagnostic & Kickstart: a defined initial phase covering assessment, direction, and early implementation.

  • Ongoing Engagement: continued development delivered in 6-month phases.

  • Focused Consultation: individual sessions focused on a specific area, agreed before the session.

Scope is defined per service. Anything outside the agreed scope is separate and subject to additional agreement.

6. Client Responsibility

By engaging our services, you confirm that:

  • You have the rights to all materials you submit.

  • You provide accurate and complete information.

  • You are responsible for all decisions and actions taken on the basis of our direction.

7. Independent Specialists

Certain services are delivered by independent specialists operating under their own professional terms. Alignment Studios Oy is not responsible for services delivered by independent specialists and does not issue refunds for those services. Responsibility for those services lies with the respective specialist.

8. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee income, business results, audience growth, opportunities, or any specific outcomes. Our services constitute strategic direction and development, not outcome delivery.

9. Intellectual Property

All frameworks, systems, methodologies, and materials developed by us remain our property. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use deliverables for your own purposes. Without our written permission, you may not resell, redistribute, or incorporate our materials into products or services offered to others.

10. Confidentiality

All client materials and information shared with us are treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit approval.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Finnish courts.
