REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This policy applies to all services provided by Alignment Studios Oy (Y-tunnus 3477835-5) under the Epitome brand.

A) Diagnostic & Kickstart

The Diagnostic & Kickstart is a paid, standalone service. All work within this phase — including sessions, assessments, and written direction — is custom and made-to-order.

No refunds are issued once the Diagnostic & Kickstart phase has started. No refunds are issued for completed sessions.

If canceled before the first session, a refund may be issued minus administrative and payment processing costs.

By purchasing, you request immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that any statutory right of withdrawal is waived once delivery has begun (EU consumers).

B) Ongoing Engagement

Ongoing Engagement is billed in 6-month phases, agreed upon at the start of each phase.

Payments for a phase are non-refundable once the phase has started. There is no fixed obligation to continue beyond a purchased phase. If you choose not to renew, no further charges are made after the current phase concludes.

C) Focused Consultation

Individual consultation sessions are paid at the time of booking.

Sessions are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed. If canceled more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, a credit toward a future session may be issued at our discretion. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are considered used.

D) Scheduling Sessions are scheduled in advance.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session: no fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session: the session is considered used. Rescheduling requests must be made before the scheduled start time. Missed sessions (no-show without notice) may be considered used.

E) Independent Specialists

Certain services are delivered by independent specialists operating under their own professional terms.

Payments for services delivered by independent specialists may be subject to their own terms. Alignment Studios Oy does not issue refunds for services delivered by independent specialists. Responsibility for those services lies with the respective specialist.

F) Payments and Refunds

Approved refunds, where applicable, are issued to the original payment method. Payments may be processed via Stripe, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, or invoice. Bank transfer refunds may be subject to processing fees.
